Questions, answered
A little clarity.
Before we talk.
Working together should feel straightforward. Here are the details practices most often want to know.
01
Finding the right fit
Do you work with practices outside your state?
Yes. We provide remote dental billing support to practices throughout the United States.
Do you have a minimum practice size?
We’re open to practices of different sizes. The conversation helps us understand the scope, capacity, and whether the working relationship is a good fit.
Do you work with orthodontic practices?
We have team members with orthodontic billing expertise. We’ll discuss your software and needs to confirm a suitable service arrangement.
02
Services & software
Does our practice have to use Open Dental?
Open Dental is required for our insurance verification service. For insurance billing, our team has experience across major practice management systems. Tell us what you use so we can discuss the right fit.
Is patient billing a standalone service?
Patient billing is available as an add-on to our insurance billing service.
Will booking a call add us to the verification waitlist?
No. First, we discuss the service, pricing, and your practice’s needs. You are added only if you explicitly ask to join the waitlist after that conversation.
03
Getting started
Do we have to sign a long-term contract?
Our service agreement is month-to-month, with 30 days’ notice if you decide to end services. We want you to stay because the relationship works for your practice.
How do we get pricing?
Let’s talk about your practice’s needs. We’ll talk through your service needs, explain the scope and pricing, and give you room to ask questions before you decide.
How will our office know what work is happening?
Daily reporting and ongoing communication help keep your office informed. We’ll discuss the reporting routine and responsibilities during onboarding.
Do we need to prepare patient information for the first call?
No. Start with a general overview of your practice, software, and billing challenges. There is no need to send patient records through a booking form or ordinary email.
Good questions make a good starting point.
Tell us what matters to your practice. We’ll talk through it together.
