  1. Talk through your practice

We start with your software, current billing process, staffing, and the areas where you want support.

  2. Agree on the scope

We explain the service, pricing, responsibilities, and onboarding steps before you decide.

  3. Get connected and begin

Once the service is agreed and onboarding is complete, we work with your office to begin the reporting and communication routine.

And they just walk you through it. Here's exactly what's going to happen, when it's going to happen. It's a really clear process that Paragon has set up. They ask the right questions of us too, I think, to make sure that they were set up for our particular situation.

Before we work together

Your insurance billing questions, answered.

What does outsourced dental insurance billing include?

Paragon supports claim preparation and submission, insurance payment posting, and follow-up on aged and denied claims. We clarify the proposed scope and your office’s responsibilities before onboarding.

Can you work with our practice management software?

Our team has experience with the major dental practice management systems, especially Open Dental. We discuss your software and workflow during the assessment to confirm the right fit.

Do you work with practices outside your local area?

Yes. Paragon supports dental practices throughout the United States. Clear communication and reporting help us work as an extension of your office.

Do we have to sign a long-term agreement?

Services are month to month, with 30 days’ notice if you choose to end service. We want you to stay because the relationship works for your practice.
